It had always been my goal to offer niche services and give companies the opportunity to have access to experienced personnel on a need to utilise basis.
Therefore, I started revolution 12 in 2022 to service the Oil & Gas sector. My background in Coring and Downhole Tools from an Offshore & Onshore oil rig perspective, drove me to advance my career into many diverse high paced roles within the industry.
I have held positions from Senior Operations/Account Management through to Senior Management and Executive Support roles, all of which gives me a unique perspective to assist Companies succeed.
I am able to assist Companies of any size and global footprint in relation to specialist Coring Subject Matter Expertise services.
My skill set allows me to work with large or small Companies in fields such as Business Development, Account, Project through to General Management.
I continually strive to grow our range of services and focus on adding value. I am pleased to announce that we have successfully supported companies with SharePoint Development, including improvements to existing sites, a range of Quality Services, such as successful ISO9001 accreditation and API Q2 assistance.
Kate Robertson, Talent Acquisition & Business Consultant
Kate joins Revolution 12 as a Consultant focusing on Business Development and Talent Acquisition Contracts in the QLD market.
Originally from Canada, Kate brings a wealth of international experience in Recruitment, Account Management, Managing Teams and Business Development, having worked across North America, New Zealand and Australia.
Over the past six years, she has been based in Brisbane, where as a Recruitment Lead and Operations Manager she successfully led the growth of a labour hire business within the building and construction industry.

Coring Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Since July 2022 till February 2024, Jamie McCabe has been contracted by Beach Energy an Oil & Gas Operator in Australia as their Coring Subject Matter Expert for their WA Campaign. Involved with in-house support from the initial planning, tender, technical, QHSE phases through to operational support and completion. Result: the well was highly successful with all targets met and exceeded.

Since April 2023, Jamie McCabe consulted with Pro-Test Well Services (now Spectra Ingenuity) and their Engineering team on new technology operational field trial support and developing high end client engagement.
